Mission: To work with the people living under Exploitation and facing discrimination. Towards achieving their socio- economic Development through social education and Process of community building, social Education and providing appropriate Development support.

Foundation:
We are a non-governmental organization working among the rural women to liberate them from social disasters and to spark all-round development. Welfare of Rural Adult Women and Children Trust (WELRAWC) was formed in 1999 with a view to developing the Dalit Women and children. The plight created due to the lack of hospitals has added on to the misery of the people in the region. To cater to the needs of the people, WELRAWC was formed in the year 1999 by a group of like-minded people.

The organization was registered, under Indian Trust Act, dated on December 13, 1999. It's registered Income Tax 12A. It's registration number: 70/99.It is also registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and its registration number 076090017.
